I can imagine crawling down the barrel with a flashlight and an air wrench to tighten down the sparker electrodes...
And then your buddy "accidentally" leans against the sparker.

They use pvc because it can flex. it also happens to cost MORE than steel or cast iron. Also it costs the same in labor to dig it up and replace it. the goal is not to have it break due to the distruction and chaos it causes.

With coax that big, I would hella shoulder fire that.
Imagine the headlines, kid killed by doomsday device recoil.
In a cannon that big I would prefer abs cell core.
It would have to mounted on a ? Trailer?

I went to Home Depote, and talked to a retired plumber of 35 years. I ask him how can you tell sch40 pressure rated pvc fittings just by looking at the numbers? He answered back you can't, just look at the thickness he said, then wen't and got a piece of sch 20 and showed me the difference. 20 was way thinner then 40. Do the rest of you agree with him?

in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08

You mean 10" and I'm sure you can reduce that down, yes.
