Hey guys I finally made my pneumatic barrel sealing piston valve air gun but when I release the air in the back the piston does not come back, I think it might be to snug of a fit.


Any help would be appreciated thanks,

Try putting some lube on the piston and if that dont work post pics. Also how big is it whats the piston made of whats your pilot??? you gave us no info so how are we supposed to help you???

Good point haha, Its a half inch piston of pvc filled with hotglue. Its 2 inches long.

Ya and the rest of the things I asked, whats your pilot, whats it housed in, it should be able to move freely also are you using a shop compressor to try to actuate it???
