This is my "other" project, the semi auto .40 cal "shorty forty"
From a little wood stock i had lying around.

I need some ideas for a trigger and mounting
I have a parker 3 way valve (on its way), and the 3000psi scuba bottle
(in photo,) to fit as well.... I also have a couple of your standard compressor
type blow guns/tire inflator triggers as well, but i couldn't see a way of
using them, unless i chop the stock down to near where the qev ends?
It would be nice if i could keep the stock for the looks, but the scuba bottle
used as the stock could be an option.

Im making 2 semi autos currently. So if i swap triggers between them etc,
because one fits the other better or whatever, its okay... cheers.

Hi,..and thanks, i was thinking of taking about 20mm or so off
the top of the stock, till the bottle lines up with the qev and
join it their, mabe? I will see how long the bottle is when i get my
regulator fitted.

The rifle in your link is nice!,.. but its not a semi-auto like mine is going to be.

I will be using either a "madbull" airsoft 650mm x 6.03 (inside diameter barrel)
or a 9mm barrel, depending on situation.

nice, how are you going to make it semi? with a slider valve? and for the trigger what do you think of my proposal :) for the barrel why not making it a .22 caliber for airgun pellets? i gues it is more destructiv...

He's going to use the 3 way valve he mentioned earlier to make it semi-auto.

Nice job. Any chance of bringing the chamber and barrel closer and routing a spot for them in the stock?
