This is my double barrel shotgun idea. I have never made a bb gun so deal with any flaws. I have not made this gun but I plan on doing so. It probably has some flaws so tell me. If you have any qeustions or don't understand something then ask. This is an incomplete desing so valves may be moved I may have two valves for semi auto I don't know yet tell me what you think.

RED= air chamber
BLUE= size reduction pipe
GREEN=Y tube and barrels
BLACK=bike pump
GREY=tire valve
PINK= slides that cover shell slots
PURPLE=valve

both ends of bike pump handle connect to the slides on each barrel so when pumped forward the slots are revealed and shells are inserted and when pumped back air is put into chamber. I am pretty sure that one pump will be good enough becuase it is a small chamber but maybe not. This gun works very much like a real shotgun. I have know idea what the spread will be like.

the barrel should be double as thick as the barrels, lets say the barrel is 1/2 inch, then make the Y-piece 1 inch. Otherwise the power of the gun will be reduced to 50 %, since the air flowing trough the Y-piece needs to split in two for the two barrels.

I accidentally made two posts.
I was thinking about the design and I realized that the gun will lose almost all of the air through the hole under the slide. the only way I think I can fix this is by making strangely shaped tightly snug in the chamber shells. any ideas?

I think it might be better if you mount the bike pump differently, from what i can see in teh pics it looks like it's gonna be in the way of stuff, maybe i'm wrong. I can't really tell if that black line between the two barrels is a barrel support stayed in by means of something like a hose clamp, but it if it is, that's good, if not, i would suggest adding a barrel support
