attaching a 12 gram co2 cartridge to a spud gun

how would i go about doing this? what fittings and everything would i need to use these cartidges for a potato gun? i already know about the pressures of 12 gram cartridges on various chamber sizes, i just want to know how to get the co2 into my chamber

you need one of these http://www.888paintball.com/Shop/Contro ... /SFV/30842the threads are not exact, but i believe you need a 1/2 inch female adapter to whatever your chamber is, i use about an 8" chamber of 3/4 inch steel pipe

no worries i know how to copy/paste. thanks. the co2 is too cold for pvc isn't it?

damn the site's not there anymore. but pressure wise you could do something to regulate how much co2 goes in

oh. well, i just used steel pipe, it handles the pressure and regulators cost too much. the one on the site i tried to show you uses

1x 3/4" to 1/2" steel reducer*
1x 3/4" steel pipe about 6" long
1x 3/4" elbow*
1x 3/4" ball valve
1x 3/4" pipe 3" long
1x co2 adapter
1x pvc 1 1/2" to 3/4" reducer
1x 1 1/2" pvc pipe

* instead of a reducer you can just get an elbow/ reducer 3/4" to 1/2"


adapter goes to reducer to elbow to 6" pipe to ball valve to 3" pipe to barrel.

okay, and not that i'm doing it, you can use a schrader and one of those things for tires that you put a 12 or 16 gram co2 canister in.
