might be a bit old, but he is officially my arch nemesis.
apparently he wants to pass a law making the owning/posession of a spud gun a felony in California!
he looks just like the kind of politician that has never experinced the joys of spud gunning, and therefore should have no right in making them illegal
There are rules, and then there are hundred dollar bills.

After seeing this post i'm wondering if our great grandchildren will be allowed to own them. I'm guessing the "whip" will come down on spud guns as soon as someone finds a way to tie them to fire arms. Interesting delema!

isnt it true that (for pneumatic cannons) because they do not use explosions, and instead use compressed air they cannot be classified as a fire arm? you dont need a license for pellet guns after all

Some places you do need a license for them.

I live in NZ and if you want to buy pneumatic pellet gun you need to be over 18 or have a firearms license. The earliest age you can get a firearms license is 16.

I bet this whole thing started when someone accidentally got hurt and now the politically correct b**tards want to spoil everyones fun by making them illegal because of fears of it happening again. This sort of thing happens a lot these days and soon it will be illegal to do anything. Some people need to wake up smell the coffee and find a hobby.

Those damn liberals. We wouldn't have this country if it weren't for the 2nd ammendment. And now they wanna restrict it even more. I wish those liberals would get their heads outta their ass.

Just remember, when it comes to the ammendments, we wouldn't have the 1st without the 2nd.

I agree but still it has to be moderated some but banning is just cruel.

Although I agree that this guy is a complete idiot, don't blame this on liberals. Most laws like this are passed by idiot upper class people that feel they have some god given right to make others miserable, can be liberal or conservative.

Screw Bush BTW.

recruit, how could moderating it help? at the time of the revoloutionary war, was there a government that said how long the barell of a musket could be, or how wide the diameter of a musket ball could be? read the constitution a couple times. besides, most people who actually belive in the second ammendment are outside of or above the law, wether it is replacing your trigger sear to make your AR-15 fully automatic or buying switchblades illegally, it doesn't really matter. how would you like it if someone restricted the type of spud gun that you could make, it could only be 28 inches or longer, and couldn't fire anything bigger than.5 inches, couldn't have a pistol grip, folding stock or flash supressor, and couldn't hold more than 10 rounds. once they find that they have the opprutunity to ban one thing, everything becomes an assault weapon, and we will be restricted to using spears and knives made out of flint, while the government is using panzer tanks as police cruisers
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08
