Could a pneumatic ''all copper'' spudgun be built with a sprinkler valve and a blow gun or are there no fittings to join them together?

There are plenty of fittings. Finding convertors to go between copper and threaded components isn't hard.

Just get a solder/compression fitting to BSP/NPT (thread types) and make sure the BSP or NPT threads fit the sprinkler threads.
