I really don't think that you should go to such a high mixture, I mean It may hold up to several firings, however, repeated high pressure spike will eventually weaken the metal.
Besides, 8 inch chamber!, its going to be more powerful than any hybrid on this site by far at even say a 60psi mix.

Hydrogen + Steel = BAD. The hydrogen embrittles the steel, I'd stick with straight propane. 120 psi is just under liquefaction and that's an 8 bar mix...that's obscene. I like the design though, 8" steel means business XD. But yeah detonation is a big danger at those pressures.
