the only thing i would suggest is boring it out as much as you could, other than that, its a good design.

If that's to scale personally I think it's too long, a piston that's significantly longer than its diameter is a waste of material and adds excess weight needlessly.

a-98: its ok i got a full size lathe at hand,

jakass:it wasnt actualy drawn to scale but it is close.

it actualy needs to be this long to work in my tee

this is what it looks like:

EDIT:: sorry this is what my current set up is like. i am still using this tee for the new piston

I guess i need to try this piston thing seems to be popular im using a sprinkler valve but i do hve a lathe and mill so maybe i will give this a try also.nice design
