linking a youtube video

anyone able to tell me how to link a youtube video to a one of my posts. i would really appreciate it. i cant addd the videos directly and im not computer literate enough to figure out how to link them.

well. you go onto the video on youtube, and in the address bar there should be some writing. highlight that and copy it. now go into where your posting and write [*url]then paste the address you copied a second ago here[/url*]
But dont write the *'s. that should be it

if you want to embed the video,

(youtube)paste the address of the page here(/youtube)

replace ( with [ and ) with ]

if you want to embed it cant you just copy the embed code and paste it in?
