converting avi to vcd

does anybody know of a program that is COMPLETELY FREE and converts avi files to vcd?

that would work if the avi didnt have compressed audio but i figuredit out i cut the avi in half (too big for one cd and am currently feeding it through nero which encodes it and burns it all on its own

look up a program called SUPER. I its 100% free and it can do just about any format, video and audio. Very advanced

I agree with shud_be_rite, Super is a great video converter.

thanks ill try that as soon as i get my internet running again in my romm. all of my dvd players dre with the disk i made with nero.
