I've been playing airsoft with a few people I know for a few weeks now. The games were pretty fun until people started using full auto 80 dollar guns, people who had springer shotguns and rifles before. AEG's seem to trake skill and aiming out of the game and I got sick of even leaving the base because of them, they just aim at a bush and send 100 rounds your way. I'm actually considering not playing against AEG's anymore. My 330FPS shotgun springer was one of the better guns there until like 4 AEG's came and took the fun out of it, especially when it's close range.

Make a vortex BBMG and kick their sorry butts.
I have one and they work good.

sorry, but i dont quite under stand the meaning of this post. are you saying that you hate airsoft or that you want an aeg?

ps- your friends $80 will beak with in the next week or so. for $80 you will get a cheap aeg with plastic gears. so one day you will beat on them with a spring gun.

It would be pretty awesome if they did break,.....for me...

Anyways, we have a Cloud BBMG but have no air supply in the woods and no portability.

Airsoft is great if everybody's equipment is around the same level, but not when its Sprnger Springer Springer MASSIVE AEG springer.....we actually decide captains based on who has an AEG.

Does AEG mean automatic electric gun?

Yeah I once played a war with a springer sniper, two huge (I mean huge) full-autos, springer rifle, springer shotgun, and a guy with two springer pistols. The two autoes were able to take us all on, and we didn't really like it. I'm fine with them playing, but only when thier opponent can match them.

Thats exactly what I'm saying, we actually played 2 AEG's vs 8 Springers, the AEGers won.

You need to change tactics. The same thing happened when Electro Pneumatic paintball markers showed up.Concentrate on ambushes, organization, and playing on the ego of the AEG Guys.Good luck.

I know this ain't cheap, but you could have a CO2 setup on your cloud. I use a 7 gallon compressed air tank on my back via a backback, which is cheaper than a CO2 setup but it weighs a ton.

I have a project for you, look at this Electric blowback pistol mod (you can get these electric guns at bass pro shops for about $20) : http://www.unconventional-airsoft.com/p ... er-ebb.php

or you could buy a jg m16a4 like i did, then i absoloutley wiped the floor with people who decided to cheap it out with a crappy aeg or gbb
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08

i used to use my vortex gun with a 5 gallon air tank on my back, the gun owned but i would run out of air so fast it almost wasn't worth it. i finally saved up my money for a 5 gallon regulated co2 setup and it was definitely worth it. i took on 3 kids with like $300 guns and managed to get 2 of them and then one of them came around behind me and got me though. i played for three hours and still had 900psi left in the tank. and whenever i get board of airsoft i can just hook it up to any of my other pneumatic cannons. i don't mind playing against kids with AEGs, but that only because none of them can match my 100+ rounds a second fire rate

well, i know im one of those guys who has the AEG.......

all of my freinds have one actually. 3v3 with 6 AEG's is pretty intense.........

honestly, i reccomend you dont just stop playing. it IS possible to own an AEG'er. what you have to do is wait for them to run out of ammo. then just pick them off with your shotgun.

also, if they rush you, just take them out. AEG'ers often make the mistake of rushing straight on while randomly shooting. while this works, dont be fearful. stick your gun up and just shoot them.

might i reccomend to you the UTG MK23 spring pistol from shortyusa. it can easily outrange an AEG, and if youre good with it, you can get constant torso shots from 80 feet away. those AEG's those kids have, pricing around 80 bucks, can only make it aobut 50 feet on a good day. so just stay out of their range and pick em off..........

of course, you could always save up money and get yourself an AEG too. but make sure to buy something like an Echo1 or a UTG. then watch them freak when you pick them off on semi-auto from 110 feet.........
