I am using a vortex howler, which is a bit bigger than the barrel ID. My barrel is longer than the original design, which had a chamber approx. 14 in long of 3 in PVC. I tested the lithium on the football and it had no effect on the strength of it. Lubed the barrel well and got approx. 175 feet from a 70 psi charge. The barrel to chamber ratio is not as good as it could be, but this is mu forst build; my next build will be better. Keep an eye out for my launcher in the showcase section!
