Ok guys, I have seen many post about home depot PVC fittings not being pressure rated. But I have recently found that at my home depot all of there PVC fittings are pressure rated, EXCEPT for there 1 1/2 fittings.

But on the other hand EVERY fitting INCLUDING 1 1/2 fittings at Home Depot are NSF-PW. Wha does this mean, and does it mean you can still use them on Pneumatic Cannons?

well tomarow im going to go to the Depot to get parts to make a new pneumatic, and I just wanted to make sure I don't take un pressure rated PVC and think it will work, so I will just go smaller for that part of the gun I need 1 1/2 i think 1" will suffice.

I think you should put away your wallet, shut off your computer, and go find the nearest brain transplant clinic, because man, you don't seem to have much upstairs.

Why the hell would you reason that a particular fitting is pressure rated because "all of the other sizes on the shelf" are rated? If it doesn't say NSF-pw, it isn't rated, so don't use it. It is that simple.

Do you have any idea how high they are pressure rated? The same as the 1 1/2" piping?

Have you searched once on this site?

I'll tell you what, i'm going to tell you the answer, then lock this topic.

I will then watch every post and topic you make from now on like a hawk, if you keep going like this, without using your head and not bothering to search, you may have a post ban coming you way, then you have to search to get info.

The pipe is rated to..... XXXPSI

You know why that is?
Because you didn't tell me the Sch of the pipe, you know why you didn't tell me what Sch of the pipe, because you've never used the search engine on this forum and researched spud guns, you've only ever been spoon-feed it.

You probably don't even know what I mean by Sch. If you don't, well that just re-inforces my point.
