This seems like a great site to get the info I need. Iam looking on info to make an inline cannon. I want to use a co2 12 gram. I have seen a few on here but need more info. I also want to use electronic trigger. I did find an example here:http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/bazooka-t6448.html
Can someone give me more insite? Paintball parts are not hard for me to get. I've been playing the last 20 yrs, so I have a few laying around.
Thanks,
Blackrain :)

Someone is going to yell at you for that post but Oh well. What you need is a small ish chamber of say 2 inch pipe with an end cap on one end and a reducing bushing on the other. Get a 1 inch sprinkler valve and attach that to your chamber. Using some 90 degree elbows rout them from the other end of the valve to above the chamber and voila! You have an inline. For exact chamber sizes I cant really help you, I use a regulated C02 setup not a 12 gram one. To trigger the valve just use three or two 9 volt battery's in series, not parallel and have a momentary switch in there and theres your trigger.

Thanks for the help. I'm looking for pics as well. Is there a way you can help me out? I'm actually trying to reach this goal.

I'm even thinking of using this set up from palmers pursuit. I have one of these for my paintball grenade machine. This will give a constant flow of air. It adjust from 3-90 psi.

I just want to make something compact. Why would someone yell at me for my post?
Thanks,

They would yell at you because you're supposed to search first and not ask for plans. Just take a look in the pneumatic cannon showcase, there are a lot of designs similar to what you're looking for.

People here want you to search and find things yourself. But whatever I don't care.

The pictures you posted would be an coax. So the actual gun would be hidden inside that outside shell. If you dont understand or cant build a coax then try for an inline setup, which is just your tank, valve and barrel inline. Then try and make it so it fits in a tube and make it look like the pics above.

And yes, the palmer reg is a very good one to use and is kinda the standard here for C02 regs.

Well my plan is to hide it in a shell. I really dont have the time to build something real complex. So this was my idea let me know if I'm on the right track.

1- air source into the stabalizer and out of the air adjuster,
2- air line into 1" sprinkler valve
3- barrel attached to the front out port
4- hook up my trigger, safety and batteries in series
5- put it all into a shell and make it look pretty

Am I on the right track? I built the one that was on warpig, but want to avoid the over under. I'm getting into the scenario paintball scene. This is a good winter project since it rains so much in Washington State. Great thing about the palmer keg reg is I can use bottle, quick change or remote line.
Thanks,

Just to add on; It is an unofficial but understood rule that we never give plans. We will help you with understanding and other help, but we will never give you a step by step. People don't learn that way.

That said, depending on the volume of the chamber, you will likely need more than one CO2 cartridge.

Hey! another person from Washington! Welcome to spudfiles! Personally, I think a QEV would be nicer to use, as well as more compact. IE, easier to put into a stock or "shell".

About your plan above, your gonna need an air chamber for the palmer to fill, sorta like an expansion chamber on a paint ball gun. Air cannons work on high volume and relatively low pressure versus high pressure and low volume of paint ball guns.
