i read squeaks golfball barrel faq it answerd a lot of questions but i still have a few as of now i am making a sniper to mount on my hovercraft that i recently completed  i was going to make it a golfball sniper and i also wanted handheld use with a bolt loading mechanisim. i thought a big piece o sch 80 wouldnt look to good for a sniper. i was wondering if there was any other way to make a bolt with it.(i wolud prefer a cocking bolt not a sliding one) Also i have seen sdr 26 1.5 pressure rated wondering if that would work.( ive seen sdr 26 at my friends farm sdr was made to transport pesticides and chemicals over farms. thats what his family used it for.

I used sdr 21 I don't know if sdr 26 is a thicker wall or not, but if you want to use 2" sch 80 to sleeve your sdr 21 1.5" thats generally what is recommended I believe. as far as a bolt action deal I have no clue I haven't built one yet but it would be pretty cool to have a bolt action golfball barrel. If you made the whole gun out of abs and used that sleeved stuff to go back to your action too I think that would work fine.
Yea, that's definitely going to get you at least a tazer.

Here is what I did on the golfball gun I am going to post soon. I sleeved the sdr21 with sch 80 conduit pipe. Then I took a 2 inch tee and bored it out so it slipped all the way around the conduit. I used a hole saw to drill through the sch80 and sdr barrel where the tee would be. I used a bit of ring from a 2 inch coupler to "lock the tee in place on the barrel.

The tee rotates freely around the barrel, so I can rotate the tee and a ball drops into place and then rotate it back and it closes off the hole. Similar to the bolt action on a rifle with no internal moving parts. You can see something similar here, PN2 Peacemaker, in the meantime. Decent drawing of the mechanism I modified. I'll post pics of mine soon. PM me if you want in depth details on construction.
Trying to figure out how to make a SCUBA first stage regulator work for portable charging station. If only that pesky job thing didn't keep eating up all my time...

Off topic, but what did you use for lift power on your hovercraft? I'm constructing one and deciding between 2 leafblowers or a lawn mower engine with a fan blade attached.
