I like it! Extremely nice for a first! Make sure to add a barrel support. Flow may be a problem but I don't think you'll be able to notice it, seeing how it's your first. Maybe add a breech loader because the barrel is so long.
**On the Sprinkler Valve-you're going to want to plug the solenoid hole or it won't work, air will just rush out**
Good job! Some black spray paint would finish it off nicely!

hey thanks for the positive feedback... i already filled the solenoid hole with epoxy and ya i want to paint it either a dark grey or black... and what is limiting the air flow?

the limited airflow comes from:
1. the sprinkler valve (actually not too bad) but when upgraded to a piston or QEV, the difference is noticable
2. The fact that the ports on the sprinkler valve (.75"?) are smaller than your barrel (1.5"). So basically, you're constricting flow just to release and expand it.

o ok i see what your saying... the valve is an inch by the way but that makes sense... i can make interchangable barrels though so would it be better to go down to and inch or smaller?

nah, you're fine with the 1.5" but you might want to make a .5" or .75" barrel just to shoot smaller stuff. The flow isn't too much of a problem, just not optimal...I would keep it as is. Sorry to throw you off-guard.

Looks good. There is one more hole to fill though i is on the barrel side of the sprinkler valve right in side of it the hole is very small. other than that add barrel supports and youll be fine and dandy.

Looks nice, and it will work good, but what is that piece of pipe between the valve and the barrel for?
Couldnt you just put male threads on the barrel and directly screw this into the valve?
It looks like dead space now.
