Oh man oh man, am I as thick as two bricks... I got some 3/4'' copper pipe (type M) from my local hardware for my pump yesturday. I always knew this stuff could fit marbles pretty well. I was stoked and horrified that It wouldn't fit marbles at all.......not even close! When I went out to get some o-rings, I couldn't find one that would fit so that made me more cranky. My mate told me that the copper was imported so I thought the imported sh!t, was a different size to the Aussie made pipe so I went out and got some aussie pipe (more money spent...). He then told me to make sure I file off the bur thats on the inside of the lip because when the pipe is cut, it deforms it inwards by a few mill (hence why the marble wouldn't fit)

As a result, my own stupidity and ignorance has cost me so much more money, not to mention alot of dicking around...

BUT! Now that I have 2 pieces of pipe that are exactly the same, I can make a copper marble hooner! :D

That's enough useless rambling for one night... :D

Yeah thats the plan mate. I posted the design on here a while back (a month ago) It's all out of copper, has nice curves and is based off Casey's S400 and SSS.
