you should have seen a 3d version of this a week or so ago in my sig
the spark strip is simple enough, if it stops working, I can take the whole thing out, adjust the wing nuts to lengthen the gaps, or i can close them completely and use one big gap if fuel fails to ignite.
the fan is sort of one of those traveling fans, but it wasn't a handheld one, unlike what DR and SMOMW used, it is supposed to run on 6v, not 3v, damn bloody powerful too, also the whole motor is sealed off, so the sparks inside it will not ignite the gas, the bad news is that the wire is very thin so as you see, i hooked it to a thicker wire and also put it in a vinyl tubing so it is protected from combustion gases and also protects from ignition sparks.
i doubt the fan blades will survive long, i broke one already, and hot glued it back in place.
it was supposed to be a nice looking thingy, but in the process of making it, my hand got injured and after that, i just got lazy.
