Barrel-Sealing Piston Valve Leak Problem

i just test fired my barrel-sealing piston cannon, and i could here a leak coming out of the front of the 2" Tee. the leak is coming from my 2"X1.5" reducer bushing. does anyone know how to patch a leak coming from the reducer bushing? any help would be appreciated.

did you test it with soapy water to make sure it's the bushing?

No, but i could hear the air coming out alot. how could i patch the leak? would bondo work?

use epoxy and go all they way around the bushing.
