Is there such a thing as 3 1/2" aluminum pipe fittings? If so where??

It's definitely not a standard size.
As far as I know, it just goes by inch-denominations above 3".

What you need that specific size for?
Is metric pipe maybe an option? You could make an approximation.
3,5 inch equals about 90 mm.
