i just modded a cp-100 sprinkler valve and i don't have any epoxy to fill in the holes were the solenoid was so could i just use hot glue?

Epoxy is cheap. Hot glue would probably work. Try putting a small bead on the case, let it cool, and see how easy it comes off. Some plastics stick very good to hot glue (like PVC) but others just peel off (like acrylic).

You could just leave the solenoid in. It'll seal the hole well. :wink:

You could even cut it so just the threads are left and use it as a plug.

thanks i just tested it and it works perfect.this is my first so i was kind of worried.
