well my semi works but the bolt I use causes some serious restictions... so I found a nice thin brass tube that fits tightly into the barrel...
but there is one problem... I have no idea how to join the tube with the threaded rod of the aircylinder...
I don't have any advances tools and nuts are not the best idea as their diameter is almost half the ID of the barrel
any ideas guys ?? thx in advance
how to join a flow-through bolt with a threaded rod

I'm sorry, I'll need some pictures to see what sort of a problem we are supposed to solve...

Tell us what the threaded rod does, is it like the bolt handle? do you need to attach it to the side of the bras tube? if so then maybe JB weld could work, or some other form of epoxy, but depending on the thickness of the bras tube that might be the only way, since you are not willing to use nuts.

Add me on MSN to chat about whatever!

the bolt goes through a copper T... the threaded rod is just an air cylinder - it's centered...
sorry I've got to go... I'll add pics when I get back

it's for this gun... the overall design is basically the same I hope you can get the idea of what I am talking about... the copper tee is where ammo is loaded from a hopper.... the black long thing behind the second T is the air cylinder....

I'll add more pics if needed... but it's just a tube you know
EDIT
I decided to use nuts... I hope perfomance won't be that bad
