what is a vortex cap?

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

i kinda have an idea of what it is but not sure

Is it a pvc cap with a barrel and feed of air?

how does the mag feed to it?

Is there a vortex block in it?
