i have a couple eagle easton 2219 aluminum arrow shafts. anyone know the strength of these?

Well I've seen some aluminum arrow shafts bench a good 450 lbs.

Dam, 450 pounds thats alot. I have some carbon fiber arrows which are a very nice fit on 6mm bbs, better than brakeline. I wonder if I can use them on my upcoming coaxial build... the walls are kinda thin though, I doubt they can do better than 200 psi.

I truly hope my sarcasm is evident. :D

Even with 200 psi, that arrow will give you good penetration results. The difficulty is working around the fletching.

Oh sorry I was talking about using it as a barrel piece. I actually cut off half of the tube arrow and all that was left was a tube and the broadhead at the tip, would be a killer round if someone had a powerful gun and made a sabot for it.
