Would a pedal go-kart count as a bicycle...or quadricycle? Here's a California law I found...
231. A bicycle is a device upon which any person may ride,
propelled exclusively by human power through a belt, chain, or gears,
and having one or more wheels. Persons riding bicycles are subject
to the provisions of this code specified in Sections 21200 and
21200.5.
That means I can ride a pedal go-kart around legally right?
Pedal Go-Kart=Cycle?
Of course it's legal. As long as it's human-powered, you can ride the International Space Station down the street
