how can i make a piston valve

OK so i need to make a .75" piston valve. i have a .75" tee an i would prefer to use metal parts even though i will operate th cannon under 200 psi to my understanding metal is much safer than pvc. please help, all helpful input is appreciated i only have a scroll saw, hand held drill, dremel, and other hand tools i do not have access to a lathe or a drill press. a link to a tutorial would be the best

Stop posting these topics. Stop being lazy and do your own research. There are tutorials on this website, even as stickys, so go look for them and do something for yourself for once.
