hello spudfiles any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Ive looked everywhere and couldnt find what i needed so i decided to post a video and see if anybody could help.
The main issue is the trigger mechanism. Whats the best way to generate a spark inside a 1in chamber that works with 10x plus pressures. also is there a way to seal up a leak in the union piece, it only leaks when i reach around 120psi.
Need advice on my hybrid sniper rifle setup

I think you would have a very difficult time making an inline solution to a piston valve in that union to replace the burst disk. Have a look at Fnord, MrCrowley, and SpudBlaster15's examples in the hybrid showcase for something that will work and is much simpler to accomplish with limited tooling.
As to the ignition, just tapping screws into the metal chamber won't work because the chamber will conduct the current from your igniter instead of it jumping your spark gap. You need to have at least one electrode insulated from the chamber.
EDIT: english.

Easiest way if you have the correct drill bit and tap is to use a spark plug, but if you're like the rest of us, this works well.

For a spark gap, i would go out buy 1/8'' npt tap and the drill bit required. and a NGK CR10EK spark plug just drill tap he end cap or though both the 90* and pipe. then connect your stungun to it.
as for the union, you might have to grind/lathe down the lips in the union.

First clean your room, or do the video outside in the sun light. Spark plugs would work, you could always use a.... Ahh whats it called? I cant remember the name, but when I do I will let you know.
