ok so this is my plan, ive bought a 1/2 in QEV, 8mm braided line and push to connect 1/2in fittings, and a pressure washer gun off ebay. ive also bought a soda stream bottle, rekos it has 3470psi in it. and if the co2 idea goes ahead ill have to buy the adapter off ebay as well. barrel is 12cm i think, whatever marble size is anyway ;) as thats the ammo. The QEV will be piloted by the popoff which is going to be set to release at 175psi. and the braided line i got is rated for 175, so is that safe to use do you think? and with the co2? i know ill need to get a regulator.. or do i?

planning to assemble it like so. im having trouble finding ideas for the loading mech, as its going to be full auto and with a hell of a firing rate. maybe detent or oring? i made a quick sketch of a magazine there.

so will it work without me loosing my arms and possibly face?

well blow forward bolt it´s the most reliable reloading system, but if the ROF is too high it may not have enough time to react  . With marbles you really don´t need a high ROF, unless you want a .50 machine gun

I dont want a high rate of fire really, it would be hard to design a proper feeding system, and I don't have many tools at my disposal. I'd have to adjust the pop off valve and flow from the washer gun to get it to the ROF I want. What do you think?

You should put a regulator on the sodastream bottle, set the pressure to about 300 psi, reduce the air flow form the washer gun or use a blowgun(should holds 300 psi). The pop off valve works at 175 psi is ok I think, but you would need a bigger chamber for the qev(marbles are heave) or you could use paintball, they are cheaper and safer :)

Simple tee magazineworked great for BBs for me, not so good with pellets though. For marbles, important you have a good spring.

The important thing is that the end of the mag where the BBs enter the barrel is as close to the BB diameter as possible.

If you can, get some other ammo, i made my semi for marbles and they just suck you can find a barrel that fits them well(coz their inconstant) and they break easy. I don't even use it much now because the bloody marbles.

Have you checked your local gun store? they have those little packets of 3/8" steel balls which have a 75 count, for around $15-16 NZ in my local store.

Ebay, is cheaper to some extent...
