I have been running designs through my head about a bullpup forced blowback PCP automatic.
Two basic idea's so far
#1: inline piston and snapvalve combo.
Hollow piston serves as reservoir.
The snapvalve is located at the muzzleside while the pistonvalve opens up in the back.Instant bullpup.
The noise from the snapvalve could be suppressed along with the muzzleport in a single supressor.
Non of the other mechanics are shown.
Idea number two is basically an over under with the reservoir on top so the stickmag has easy acces to the breech from the bottom.
Using a counter balanced hammervalve and an airram filled by the muzzleblast.
Forced blowback recocks the hammer and bolt.Bolt returns, hammer stays cocked when I use a semi auto trigger.
This system might allow for both semi and full auto.
What are your thoughts?

BTB, I apologize for bumping this, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I must have missed this when you first posted it. The only thing I don't quite understand is how you would add the reload function.

reloading is done by an airram connected to the barrel.
It will be pushed back by incoming pressure much like in an AK47.
A snapvalve is my nickname for an oversized pop-off I made to benefit from difference in surface area.
basically a pop-off with a small diameter hole but a massive piston.
This causes it to snap open very fast and violently compared to a normal factory made pop-off,.. wich merely vents.

Again, sorry for the late reply.... I understand now. Any plans on making this? I was thinking of making something along the same lines, so this could be something to watch before I start to see what I should do.

That pic basically is the plan.
The second one I mean.
The first one would be the alternative.
I'm not really sure if I want to put this much effort into a gun I would probably not fire.
Maybe I could have a go at a .177 version..
Cheaper to fire..
