Portable co2 pressure source

Ok I'm trying to make a portable pressure tank backpack to fill my cannons, but I can't seem to find a good way to step the pressure coming out of a co2 bottle down to about 120psi. I thought I could use paintball regulators, but realized they only step down to about 500psi. I thought about using one of those Kobalt belt-clip regulators, but they're a bit out of my price range and I've heard they like to leak. Does anyone have a link to a cheap, reliable regulator? (I know that's usually a paradox but it doesn't hurt to ask)
