I there, I currently have an average ball valve copper airgun. I am hoping to build a Piston Valve airgun soon, Bear in mind that that is not up to scale, so It is only a design, I would make a proportionate design if this would work.
Does anyone know if this is a good design? The larger Pipe is 3/4" and the smaller 1/2". Thank you!

Yes, it will work if the piston is made properly.
No, it's not a good design. But if you are a beginner, it's ok.

There is a lot of unneeded pilot volume, if you move the ball valve on the chamber up a bit it should make it a bit better.
