Why not just go with a tube mag? You could get a 30 round mag in 15 inches and if the mag was curved it would not really seem that long..

i made a mag that uses the air from the check valve that is used to pilot the qev , i haven't tested it yet , but im pretty sceptical about it, it think it will get about 2 or 3 rounds out and then stop working, i will post pictures of it later

Coil your own. http://home.earthlink.net/~bazillion/compression.html
You do not want a very stong spring, but a very long not too strong one.

i did but it was to weak it wouldn't push the bbs up , so im gonna get thicker gauge wire and try it out
The other option is to make it with fewer turns per inch. I believe halving turns per inch will double the spring "strength" for a given displacement.tjrobison11 wrote:i did but it was to weak it wouldn't push the bbs up , so im gonna get thicker gauge wire and try it out

Or you could just use a hopper, paintball guns don't seem to mind...

I agree with jack, if you get the rest of the thing to work a hopper should be fine, if it's really full auto then skiping a shot not and then shouldn't really matter

hoppers work but theres nothing cooler than reloading a mag
If you want to go the hopper route and a grav hopper can't keep up check out one of the 50 cal hoppers for paintball.

Well, hypothetical question - would you prefer an assault rifle with five standard magazines, or this?killerbanjo wrote:hoppers work but theres nothing cooler than reloading a mag
