I am building a gun (better refered to as a cannon sinse it is like 15ft long) that i need to get a valve for it, it is a 4inch * 5ft tank and a 2inch *8ft barrel And the hand valve i got doesn't work(no real suprise) but i was wondering if you thought that two sprincler valves would work. so it would break into 2 3/4 inch piches go to the valve and then go back to the barrel.
Thanks for any replies :D

You could use a 3" sprinkler valve
If your getting chased off a police dog, try not to run through a tunnel then onto a small see-saw then through a ring of fire. They are trained for that!

ok, first of all, 3 inch sprinkler valves cost upwards of $400. Second, even 2 1" sprinklers would have constriction on your air flow. It's all about surface are of a circle, r^2pi. a 2 1" valves would have the surface area equivelant of 1/2 pi. A 2" valve would have the surface are of pi. So, what I'm suggesting is pay $120 for a 2 inch sprinkler, buy a supah/mauler valve, or make your own piston/diaphram valve.
