Here's my First Barrel Sealing Valve in a Tee. Its got 1.5" porting and o-rings on the piston. I didn't use a lathe for the o-rings
I'll soon put up a video of it firing golfballs.

Update: Today I tested the valve with a 2" chamber 5 feet long with a 4.5 foot golfball barrel and got hang times of 18 seconds at 95 psi!

Well I got a new chamber (6.5ft long, 2") and golfball barrel (10ft long), and my last chamber the flow was constricted. I got hang times of around 21 seconds. ~95psi. Now just to take a video.

What did u make the piston out of im having trouble trying to figure out a way to make a piston in a 3 inch tee so i might use a desighn similar to yours but i will try my original which has a 2" coupler with an end cap epoxied to it with a rubber gasket glued to it sliding over a piece of 2 inch pipe i am very smart is what people say but i think i am stupid because i ask the dumbest questions and have trouble figuring out the most simplest things like this haha

There's a female adapter and plug in the back of the T. To service the piston, he can simply unscrew the back and take the piston out.

but wouldn't the 3" pvc connecting the female adapter to the tee stop the piston from coming out?

First of all, it's a 2" T, and there is PVC glued into the back of it. The piston is made to slide inside the short section of PVC pipe.
