Grind down those welds and polish the whole thing, then I'll Like it.
How are you going to vent it? threaded fittings?

yep, I'll do some about the rough finish, but I also kind of like the "ghetto"-metal feeling of home made cannons/contraptions.

I'm currently working on the different parts in the mechanism and barrel-to-chamber fitting. I'm tired of leaking guns ( http://www.spudfiles.com/forums/3d-doom ... t8407.html) so this time I do it right from the start.

so you're gonna use this for a combustion chamber. just make sure you don't short the ignition on the barrel.

Well yeah, but perhapse I put something else in the word ghetto. What I mean is that I rather put work on welding, construction and thinking than doing details, painting and grinding! thats all.

You have no idea how dispappointed I was when I realized there were no carrots in this thread. I thought we were making little coaxial pneumatics ot of them...
