ok since a few weeks having no time to build further I got some time and I still have some problems
I want to solder a piece of pipe to the side of a bigger pipe will this work ?
I have got the valve but still need to make a piston.
I have got the adater for the barrel and only have to solder that(that won't give problems)
here are some pics
battery is to hold it in place
valve and pipe are connected by tube

Good luck with your piston, In my opinion you should have made the valve first. But hopefuly you will get lucky.

how do you mean make the valve first ?
I have the problem that I can't find cheap epoxy :(
I found some O rings so that will help
but I tried to make a piston from hot glue but when it was dry I couldn't get it out of the tube

I know, I cant find any epoxy in holland either.
According to Brian the brain you should find it in car-parts-speciality shops under the name Staalplamuur.

Did you use anything like grease or release agent to before you casted the hot glue in?
If you didnt, DOH ofcourse you cant get it out. :P

Why not make an improvised piston from things like endcaps or just anything that fits in snuggly.

yes I used something to stop it from sticking in but it didn't work so I will try to improvise.
the only problem is that it has to fit airtight in my design because the pipe are bothe 28mm(26mmID)
do you know anything from 26mm that can be used as piston?
and I will search for staal plamuur :)

yes i did the most and I will buy tomorrow the last part(i hope it's the last :D )
if it's finished I will make a list of materials used
but I can tell you it's quite expensive
but read the topic "funding" for peoples oppinion about money for spudding.
and I will use metal epoxy to join the pipe to pipe connection

Yep.They take you to the cleaners in Holland when it comes to pipe and fittings. You pay top...euro

That connection of the blowgun will give you a lot of trouble.
It would be better to connect it from that endcap and curve it back up.

What has it cost you so far?

I didn't find staal plamuur but very expensive epoxy.
I thougt it would be better to make a small pipe into the pipe that comes from the chamber so the piston is bigger than the pipe so it seals better

and from cap to valve sounds better but the only problem is how to pump it then?
o costs are btw: 66.40euro  i'm only 14 so that very much for me

66.40 euro for how much? Seems expensive, but depends on the thing you get.
If you bought a whole shipload for 66.40 its not expensive :D

just all the things you see in the pictures and soldering stuff.
but do you think it's better to make the smaller pipe in the pipe that comes from the stock/chamber?
.___ _______
......\/ _|____| I hope you reconise the gun

I mean the pipe that is showed above with: /
for my idea

ignore the dots
