A few parts lined up for a simple 4.5mm BB pistol, 1/4" QEV, 1/8" 3/2 lever valve for trigger. Interchangeable barrels  Single shot muzzle load with a magnet to hold the BB

Looks good, though I would say the chamber is far too big, most of that air is going to be wasted. You should really try for higher pressures in a much smaller chamber, especially with the small caliber and all-metal construction.

Ha Ha yes, I am fabricating a square chamber which will be hidden by the side plates, still has at least 4x the 8" barrel volume :D

It looks compact and neat. I like short weapons, you can carry them at the waist.

Not normally recommended as a pressure vessel... though I imagine the wall thickness is completely disproportional to the pressure you will be using.

The tubing and end caps are 1/8" stainless, won't see much more than 150psi.

So this is the heart of the beast with the 5" barrel, pretty simple (KISS) just needs an air supply.

That's an impressive looking project! I like the box-shaped air chamber. That's really thinking outside the cylinder. Looking forward to a fully functional demonstration.

Original plan was to use only threaded fittings for the chamber just to see what I could make by screwing parts together  I know not everybody will have access to welding equipment, all I have is a drill press and the Tig welder is where I work in the maintenance shop, but when I realized I could get a decent size chamber hidden between the side plates if I made it out off 1" square I couldn't resist.

All together with sights, 2 rear posts will go up and down, front post will go up and down and swing side to side for adjustment KISS. Grip is coated with lacquer but is still a bit sticky so I got my finger prints on it  Block on the muzzle is an idea I had for an easy muzzle loader, barrel goes half way in and is secured with a set screw underneath, front exit hole is 5mm as is the top loading hole, tilt pistol back slightly and drop in BB 8)

Nice, I like the brake/loader idea!

Some testing shows how wildly inaccurate a smooth bore BB pistol is, I will convert it to a .177 pellet and try again, maybe a sliding barrel breach load again
