I no you big, fancy, members might all know how to make a simple pneumatic. This tutorial is for those who DONT! I got the pictures of parts from another website, so I am allready fully aware that i am copying this (half copying, text is mine). OK the parts list is as follows:
1x 3inch coupling
1x 3inch to 50mm reducing bushing
1x 3inch end cap
1x 3/4 ball valve
1x 3/4 end cap
1x 3/4 tee
1x 3/4 90 degree elbow
1x tire inflator valve (shrader)
1x 0-200 pressure gauge
2x 3/4 short nipples (hehehe)
1x 3/4 threded adapter
1x 50mm to 3/4 adapter
around 2 to 3 feet of 3/4 pvc pipe
around 1 to 2 feet of 3inch pipe
NOTE: all pipe MUST be pressure rated
the reason i didnt make this tutorial more detailed is because its such a simple gun. peace and spuds, matt black.
dont forget to use pvc primer and glue. any model or such glue is non acceptable.
EDIT: im soo sorry the pics arnt in order. But im sure all you geniouses will be able to figure it out.

Good job, but you should explain the solvent welding and process of doing it. Newbies will be glueing this together with Testors model glue or something like that, i still voted yes it's a good 1, just a bit incomplete.

I think it's pretty good.
But I think you should use a Male Spigot to Female NPT fitting, instead of the drilled end cap for the gauge.

I would also recommend using Flickr for your image hosting, it will give you more control over the size and arrangement of your pictures.

Yea as i said, my camera isnt working a.t.m. so these pics are off another website. I too strongly recomend using a Male Spigot to Female NPT fitting. It is much safer and safety is always a requirement when playing with air and PVC.

yay at last i found out how to glue it, does the primer come as a clear option? or are they all purple or someother lame colour.
OHH yeah does either the glue or primer go on in any order, like primer after or before?

Primer>Glue>?
Primer goes first then the glue, think of painting. This may be my first pneu, I've a box of fittings and crap in my garage, gonna check out what its there and whats needed. Also, can ABS and PVC be mixed, I have about 4' of 3" ABS and not alot of money, not goinf for extreme pressures, maybe 20-50psi

The coupling is to join the reducers to the pipe.Save up a bit of cash and buy the proper piping.
