Stungun needed

hi guys i wanted to upgrade my combustion from a bbq ignighter to a stungun setup, anyone know of any good brands.or are they all the same?
are they legal to send in mail? im in Hawaii,dont know if its legal here.

From what I've heard they are only illegal if the stungun circutry is still inside the stungun housing. If you get somone to dismantle a stungun and mount the guts in a project box, it is just a high voltage transformer, which should be legal.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

BCARMS.com sells stun guns, and will gladly remove the circuit from the case for shipping to any state or country where stun guns are illegal.
